i was talking about the LaTeX2e internal documentation which is 600
odd pages all available and all on CTAN. the fact that some of it is
still out of date (or undocumented) i'm sorry, but this is a huge job.
and i think essentially we did some good job here even though with
more resources we could probably do better.
