Hello all,

I've just sent a snapshot of the development to CTAN. Current 'headlines':

  - Add a 'full' str data type
  - Add output mode and date/time to l3sys
  - Move jobname data to l3sys
  - Some internal renaming to correct error in primitive
    original
  - Expand information in l3obsolete to cover functions
    deprecated but not yet removed
  - Remove experimental \tl_expandable_(lower|upper)case:n
  - Remove experimental \fp_(g)set_from_dim:Nn
  - Better error level return in l3build

Please allow 48 h for the new code to propagate around CTAN.
