I've little time for testing of the macro packages, but the new  
encguide.pdf is very nice!

I've found a few broken references and citations in the compiled docs:
   - pg. 7, the paragraph of Cyrillic encodings
   - same page, the next paragraph.
   - pg. 10, top
   - pg. 14, bottom
