<URL:http://preview-latex.sourceforge.net/wysiwyg-draft.pdf>. All
described systems with the possible exception of WhizzyTeX work under
Windows as well as far as I know.

AUCTeX contains preview-latex by default nowadays
<URL:http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/preview-latex.html>. The
underlying preview.sty machinery is also employed in LyX for math/image
previewing and in a number of other tools.
