Sure. Btw, it's the same with the French version of copyright, except that it is
more difficult to put things in the public domain.

Of course. By the way it's one of the reasons why I'd like to translate the
news: many people hear about the LaTeX3 project only in indirect ways, and I
think it would be good for them to have easy access to the authoritative source
of information.

I never meant it otherwise.

Also, I think that Will's idea of putting the translation on the latex-project
site is good: that way, the translation won't be separated from the original.

I'll send you tomorrow a proposal for the two first news, with an English
translation of the "legal notice" so that you can check if you think it's ok.
IIRC, Morten (at least) can read French quite well, so if he wants to proof-read
the translation, he could make sure I didn't modify the meaning by mistake.
