The look is from the class, but there are a lot of added things 
(theorems, qr codes, etc.) in another package called "persocours" (code 
is there: 
https://gitlab.com/frnchfrgg-latex/misc/blob/master/teach/persocours.sty ).

It also uses another package of mine ( 
https://gitlab.com/frnchfrgg-latex/misc/blob/master/teach/rivghost.sty ) 
which uses either a "soulpos"-based approach (not maintained anymore 
since I use LuaTeX) or a LuaTeX-based one (from a TugBoat article) to 
replace portions of text by "dotted blanks" of the same size which 
uncover the real text on click (using "ocgx2").
