Hi math font enthusiasts,

I've been digging through my private archives and putting together
a number of resources relating to the recent math fonts discussion,
including a more comprehensive mail archive of `math-font-discuss',
various working group documents circulated on the mailing list, and
an archive of Mathias Clasen's recent (partial) test implemenations.
