yes I have, as well as at several others building on top of doc or 
implementing similar ideas.

If I remember correctly then it is essentially also attempting to 
provide additional doc elements, such as routine or variable and in my 
opinion the general mechanism  that Didier came up with DoX offers more 
here. Which is why I want towards that route (though with a different 
implementation)
