Hello,

I am transferring a new version of the babel 3.7 release over to
Mainz right now. I expect it to arrive there by mirror this weekend.

My intention is that this is the final release; I put at Mainz first
just to see if any of you guys can find anything wrong with it.
If nothing major comes up this week I intend to transfer this release
onto CTAN where it will finally supersede (long overdue) release 3.6.
