i guess that's the crux of the matter, isn't it? Mark has said he
would be interested to help (as a coordinator?) but otherwise?

Mark would you be willing to do this? so that people could mail you if
they are interested to help?

i know it is so much easier to write an email or two a week then to
commit yourself to a measurable goal, but if you really check the time
spend on either activity it isn't so much different in the end

anybody: this should be in your own interest
