Most of the LaTeX3 xpackage stuff is going to be heavily revised. So
far, only xparse has really been properly looked over. The SVN version
uses the same l3doc class as the expl3 code, so should work fine.
template will (hopefully) be revised soon, but I'm not sure about
everything else.

I'm not sure we want to put too much effort into updating stuff which
needs much more serious revision in any case!
