I'd say all of them are good to keep.

Only SVN, and I think we're (i.e., for the LaTeX3 code) the only ones using that.

With the caveat I haven't gone looking for others' code, but I'd say if we've never heard of it then we can be 99.9% sure that it doesn't exist.
