Have the problems Heiko found with the latest latex2e been solved in
what is on CTAN now? (And, are the fixes in latex-tds, Heiko?)

I forwarded his report back then, here it is again for reference.

Thanks,
Karl

Subject: Re: latex 2011 on CTAN

[...]

Working on the latex-tds update I detected some problems:

* minor: wrong checksum in base/ltfssdcl.dtx (now it's 1886).

* serious: base/ltpatch.tex does not fit to
  the new kernel version 2011/06/27.
  That prevents the successful format generation.

* latex.ltx: \enddocument has changed.
  That means, that I have now updated package atveryend.
  But I had planned to make the next release of my bundle
  after TL 2011 is ready. Thus it's unhappy for me.

Yours sincerely
  Heiko Oberdiek
