send the command

HELP

in a single-line e-mail message to the [log in to unmask]
.

This will get you a help file about the listserv oprions. You can set some
option to receive a copy of your own message from the listserv, by default
this option is turned off. You can also choose to get a send report (saying:
Your message was distributed to *** people).
