Hello all,

Following a review of functionality in the FPU, the following keywords
have been deprecated:

  round0  =>  trunc
  round+  =>  ceil
  round-  =>  floor

As indicated, all are replaced by new names which indicate the nature of
the rounding.

The deprecated names will remain in expl3 until the end of 2014, at
which point they will be removed.
