Magnus Lie Hetland <[log in to unmask]> is writing on a user customizable
TEXT-to-XML converter called ATOX <http://atox.sourceforge.net/>. It might
be the case that such translator techniques are useful in the context of
LaTeX or an extended TeX (say a TeX which is based internally on Unicode).
