That publication is in texbook3.bib, but not in typeset.bib, because
it isn't about typesetting math, and rather, on writing math.  Another
book in that vein is Higham's ``Handbook of Writing for the
Mathematical Sciences'', which is also found in texbook3.bib.

typeset.bib at

It contains several new entries for material discussed online and
offline on the topic of math typesetting.  Look for entries with
bibdates of October 2003.]
