I believe that you understand my purpose.
You will note that that extended conversation has come to an end (I hope).
It went on much longer than I had intended.
I agree that the question whether context sensitive grammars are necessary
to describe usual markup demands in either a ``comfortable'' (please, feel
free to suggest a better description) syntax or in any syntax at all is
still an open question in this forum.
Sometimes, syntax can be found that permits a context free grammar to
be used; but, humans generally find that that grammar is difficult or
``painful'' to use.
