EVOCS: New libraries added

The European Virtual OPAC for Chinese Studies is a tool to simultaneously
search the holdings of major Sinological libraries in Europe.

Access: http://www.sino.uni-heidelberg.de/evocs/

Three new libraries have been added recently:

1) UK Union Catalogue of Chinese Books containing records from the British
Library, Cambridge, Durham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Oxford and SOAS.

2) SSELP: Sinological Serials in European Libraries Project (Institute of
Chinese Studies, Heidelberg University)

3) Serials catalogue of Institute of Chinese Studies, Heidelberg University


Libraries covered by EVOCS so far include:

-- Erlangen: Dept. of Middle and Far Eastern Languages and Cultures
-- Heidelberg: Inst. of Chinese Studies
-- Kiel: Inst. for Chinese Studies

SSELP updated

The serials holdings of the Institute of Chinese Studies, Heidelberg
University, up to May 2003 have been included in the Sinological Serials in
European Libraries Catalogue.
