Revised Version on-line again

1. The *European Virtual OPAC for Chinese Studies* (a tool to 
simultaneously search the holdings of major Sinological libraries in 
Europe) has been revised thoroughly and is finally running faultless again.

2. The OPAC of the Institute of East Asian Studies in Munich is on-line 
again, and thus was added to EVOCS.
