Dear Spikey users,

note that we restructured the build flow for the Spikey software.
During this process the module of the Spikey backend was renamed from 
"stage1" to "spikey".
Please consider this change in your PyNN scripts, in which the import 
statement should now read:
"import pyNN.hardware.spikey"
