Dear Spikey users,

During the upgrade, a subset of user accounts had accidentally been 
inactivated. No data was lost; only the login permission got erroneously 
revoked.

We feel confident that we have identified the affected accounts, and 
some accounts have already been reactivated. All other accounts will 
follow until March 1st, 2017.

We feel very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused. In case 
that you encounter further problems during login or experiment 
execution, we would be thankful for your feedback at 
[log in to unmask] .
