Hey Marco,

I just tested using your credentials (+ I resetted your password ->  
private mail) and
it works from both, my university machine and my smartphone (which is  
connected via
some local ISP). I tested this:

$ ssh [log in to unmask] -p 11022

=> I think there's some firewall issue on your side of the connection.

The other error on ssh's default port (22) is to be expected (as port 11022 is
redirected to the cluster frontend machines, but port 22 is used for  
other services).
