Hello all,

I've just sent an l3build update to CTAN. Changes:

 - Simplify handling of README files following CTAN policy
   change
 - Better normalisation for pdftex.map
 - Basic support for (u)pTeX

Please given CTAN around 48 h to install this and for it to propagate.
