Sent to CTAN today with 'headlines':

 - Internal adjustments ahead of for LuaTeX 0.81 release
 - New "setversion" target for l3build
 - Allow \tl_replace:Nnn to replace \prg_do_nothing:
 - Allow for plain TeX version of \end in regression test support
 - Add experimental lazy boolean function

This should also address some issues with the \suppressfontnotfounderror
primitive.

Please give CTAN 48 h for installation, etc.
