ps2pdf implements the Adobe pdfmark syntax for PDF links. i really
dont understand what you are saying - if you take a LaTeX document,
add hyperref, pass through dvips and ps2pdf, you get PDF with
links. ok, you use dvips-specific \special commands to pass raw PS
but so what?
