The comparison is a little more complicate:
* "(<name>)" is replaced by an object reference " <obj_id> 0 R"
* The object specification for the destination is shorter:
"<</D[...]>>" --> "[...]"
* The name tree is shorter, because the names aren't used.
Thus I give it a try.
