Hello all,

Just sent to CTAN with following changes

- Normalise dates to YYYY-MM-DD:
   may require .tlg file rebuilds
- Include dot files in tree() (fixes #30)
- Add "dynamicfiles" support

Usual lead of of ~48 h applies.
