Is l3quark loaded by l3tlp?  I ask because if I try
\show\tlp_map_break:w, I get = undefined. The definitions say:

\let_new:NN \tlist_map_break:w \use_none_delimit_by_q_recursion_stop:w
\let_new:NN \tlp_map_break:w \tlist_map_break:w

so loading order is important.
