The two pdfs are attached, as well as the zipped source in case you need it.
(Hum, actually only the source, because of the message size limit on the list.
I'm not using any exotic package, hope it'll compile OK.) I tried to get a style
similar to the original, but didn't put the necessary
effort to reproduce it exactly.

The footer of the first page means:

The LaTeX3 news and the LaTeX software are brought to you by the LaTeX3 Project
Team; Copyright 2009, all rights reserved. French translation by Manuel
Pégourié-Gonnard with kind permission from the LaTeX3 Project Team. The
translation aims to be faithful; however, only the original at
http://www.latex-project.org/l3news/ has authority.

I hope it's ok for you. I won't publish it anywhere else than on this list
before I have a formal approval from your side. Actually, I think it would be
best to have the translations hosted on the news page at latex-project.org, and
only there. (Then anyone who links to the translations also links to the
original and to the rest of the project's site.)

Wdyt?

Manuel.
