A 'known issue' here is that source3/interface3 is really a 'reference'
guide, and we need a 'learning' guide. Currently, the material in expl3
is a brief overview, but not a guide to learning LaTeX3 programming.

Pointers on specific areas to address are very welcome, as 'write a
better guide' is a bit of a challenge!
