Submitted today a minor update to the usual bundle to address a couple
of issues during TL'16 pre-testing:

- Avoid low level error if \char_generate:nn is used in a
  tabular preamble
- Allow expansion of end-of-environment code such that e.g.

    \NewDocumentEnvironment{foo}{}{\begin{tabular}{\end{tabular}

  works as expected

As usual, this will need up to 48 h to make it around the CTAN network.
