:) Sorry 'bout that.
Wikipedia has a good quote: "Hungarian notation is a naming convention  
in computer programming, in which the name of a variable indicates its  
type or intended use".

     \toks_set:Nx \l_frank_toks { ... }

By requiring "toks" in the function name and in the variable name, our  
brains know we're using the right method on the right datatype. TeX  
doesn't (sometimes) care, of course; it's just a crutch for us  
fallible humans.
