Hello all,

The following variable has been deprecated with no replacement, and
will be removed after 2012-12-31:

  \l_tmpc_int

It should be replaced by a variable specific to the module which uses
it.  A review of the local and global scratch registers (such as
\l_tmpa_tl) across l3kernel has revealed some inconsistencies.  We
have settled for providing 2 local and 2 global registers of each
type.  For most datatypes, this meant adding a couple of scratch
registers.  Integers provided more scratch registers, hence
\l_tmpc_int had to be pruned.
