Deprecated functions: \dim_set_(max|min):Nn

Hello all,

The functions \dim_set_(max|min):(N|c)n are deprecated, for removal
after 2012-12-31. They are replaced by appropriate use of
\dim_(max|min):nn, which offers consistency with the int and fp modules
in this regard.
